Madeline, i hadnt heard of John's passing but I have been thinking about him and you often and wanted to call . In the meantime , I googled him and saw that he had "moved on in his life". We loved and admired him so, he was and will always be a wonderful man that i am so grateful that we were blessed to have him in our lives.
I send my love to you and your family.
xxx, Dharam Damama

P.S. we always remembered and we were touched that he contacted us right after 9/11 when we were on the east coast and on our way back to Los Angeles, he said to call him if we needed anything even a place to stay. Pretty amazing friend.

Not a day goes by that I don't think about how lucky I was to have known John. Simply, the most caring man I have ever known, who considered his main purpose to help others. I miss him greatly. Love you John, Nathan

I attended my first auction on south Lake in the 60s, and followed John's career to the present day. I knew I could always trust his judgment, whether I was a buyer or a seller. He will be missed.
