August 3, 1935 - March 9, 2016 Kathleen passed away recently due to heart failure and infection. Kathleen is survived by ex-husband Lawrence Irwin and their 6 children; Her 3 sisters and 10 grandchildren; Her children-Kathy, Laura, Mark, John, Marybeth and Tricia each individually and collectively honored their mother as a professional but even more as a role model who led a truly spiritual and virtuous life and whom also raised them with an adventurous and curious spirit that will forever be in their memory and which they will take with them in her honor. Her sisters Barbara, Dottie, and Jeannie adored her for sharing life's lessons with them and truly valuing their shared sense of humor. She loved her grandchildren as if they were her own and the 10 grandchildren-Rick, Alexa, Sarah, Jackson, Audrey, Sophia, Charlotte, Michael, Mathias and Montserrat truly cherished the time with her as she loved them so deeply and spent time adorning them with gifts, playing with each of them and celebrating their individuality, as she did with all her children. She is laid to rest at Forest Lawn Mortuary. We will all miss her tremendously!

To Kathy Family:
We are so sorry for your loss. May you find joy in her memory.
May you also find joy in knowing that soon our creator will end all death from this earth. Just think, a time when no one will loose anyone to death. What a joy that will bring.
You can have confident in this promise, for it comes from a God that does not and cannot lie.
