December 10, 1921 - August 8, 2016 Mercy passed away peacefully on August 8, 2016 in Sherman Oaks, California at the age of 94. She was born on December 10, 1921 in Flagstaff, Arizona. She is survived by her sons, William J. Bray, III (& Linda), Doug Holiday, Mark Holiday (& Cathy), daughter Betty Bray, 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was a very active 52-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star belonging to Van Nuys Chapter #338 and Burbank Chapter #352. One of her favorite things to do was playing bridge with her bridge group. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother and friend. We all know that we now have one more angel to watch over us in heaven.

Mercy Emily Negray Holiday was an active member of the Fernanda Maria Chapter, Daughters of the
American Revolution.
Emily became a member of DAR on March 7, 1978.
Her Revolutionary Ancestor was PVT. David Safford of Vermont.
