Mrs. Midori Yoshimura; R.I.P.
Modori, was fair, but firm with us all, Clerks, Engineers,Managers, et. al. She kept us on the "Straight and Narrow" path of 'correctness. Because Midori had high expectations and standards for both herself, and her 'charges' (we fellow employees). She was essential to the smooth operation of LA DWP's Mechanical Engineering Section (MES), and dealing with all the paperwork and people involved. After retirement, prior to moving north, she was a 'regular' at our monthly "ME Lunches" with local MES retirees. We missed her smile and wit when she left. Best wishes and condolences to Midori's extended family. She's a great Lady! May she R.I. P.
