Roland was the best and brightest as an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins....we all enjoyed him in the fraternity, his wit, his charm, his fun!!

Despite all his medical accomplishments, we simply remember him as a young man from Oregon in Baltimore exploring the wonderful options that a Johns Hopkins education offered....what a fun, talkative individual whom one could rarely exhaust in any debate on any subject. We miss the brilliance !

We miss him at too young of an age.
