Lee, no words can describe how sad we were to hear the news of Anne's passing. Our sincere condolences to you and Anne's family.
She was such a beautiful, kind and thoughtful person, she will be sadly missed. Our thoughts are with you Lee and Anne's brother Michael at this sad time.

I am deeply saddened by Anne's passing. Anne was a beautiful person with a zest for life. She was a very strong and self-confident person, who was exceptionally bright, hard working, determined, and extremely kind and generous. Anne has always held a very special place in my heart and my father's. We eagerly anticipated our trips to New York to see Anne and Lee. Our visits would always include a delicious meal at Villagio's in Pelham Village or Rosie O'Grady's in the city, a Broadway show, shopping at Lord & Taylor's and of course lots of lively conversation! Anne would always present me with a special teddy bear from Sue's Corner in Pelham whenever we saw each other, whether it be in New York or Toronto (Canada). I have eight lovely teddy bears that I absolutely treasure and that are proudly on display in my home. They remind me of Anne and Lee and the special times we have shared together. Anne and Lee were surrounded by so many wonderful friends, whom I have had the pleasure of meeting over the years. It is clear that Anne was very much loved and respected by all of those who had the honour of knowing her. Her strength, courage, compassion for others, and positive attitude serve as an inspiration to us all. I love you Anne, and I will never forget you. - Love, Catherine Donovan, your Canadian cousin
