Mr. Gasparino was an awesome guy - OGS class of 2009. His taste in music was second to none, and he treated us all with a degree of respect that we perhaps didn't deserve yet.

Both my sons, Franklyn and Philip, had Mr. G as their fourth grade teacher at Old Greenwich School. I was also his class mother one year. My fondest memory of Mr. G was when the students in his class, myself, and a couple of other parents wrote a song for MR. G for his end of the year present and all the students sang the song to him. His class parties were awesome. I never forget the time when my family and I ran the dunk tank at Pumpkin Patch and Mr. G volunteered to get dunked. The students loved dunking Mr. G. When I went back to school to become a teacher, Mr. G. always let me help out in the class so that I could get experience. I taught summer school for two summers at the same time that Mr. G taught summer school. He would always ask how my sons were doing.

Mr. G was by far one of the best educators that I've had the pleasure to work with. He invested in his students in and outside of the class room. You will be missed.
