I am deeply saddened to hear of Jim's passing. He was known to most of us as "Elmira" from our first days at Manhattan College in 1966. We shared many good times together and just thinking about him makes me smile. Regrettably, we lost touch over the past dozen or so years but I can still recall many occasions shared that will stay with me forever.
My sincere condolences to Susan, Clare and Jim's many family members and friends.
This Irishman, I'm sure, will be greatly missed.

To the family, you have my sincere condolences. When someone falls asleep in death (Ecclesiastes 9: 5,10) the memories we have of them become our most precious treasure. May those memories comfort you as well as Gods promise at John 6:40.
My deepest sympathy

We were competitors in the industry but we were always friendly. He was a gentleman always.

I cannot measure the loss. Jim has been my friend for so many years. From the Hamptons to Bermuda each moment was living life to the fullest. Sharing our time in Rockapulco, running on the beach, beers at Playland and the tolereance and fun with Susan. We have all lost something and someone special.
