So sorry to learn of Jimmy's passing. We went to St Nicholas of Tolentine together and Iona College. He was a friend and colleague. Jim and I spent time together at the 50th reunion of Iona college 2 years ago. We shared our experiences and had a wonderful time updating each other on our life's experiences. We also had a few drinks and Jimmy kept me laughing throughout the evening with his stories. He was a great story teller. He will be missed.

Jimmy was my classmate at Saint Nicholas of Tolentine and also lived in my building. I remember his big smile and his beautiful blue eyes... Jimmy was very popular with both the fellows and the girls . He was always at the Friday night dances and out in Devoe Park hanging out or playing sports. I and some of my friends had a big crush on Jimmy not just because he was good looking but because he was such an all around nice guy. My deepest condolences go out to Jimmys family and friends. Heaven just got a really another Irish good guy from the Bronx. Rest In Peace Jimmy.

I was a good friend of Jim. He was in my class in St. Nick's. He used to tap me on the shoulder in class as he was walking by me and would make believe it wasn't he that did the tapping. Some of our vlassmates hung out at Devoe Park on Fordham Road and I loved watching him play stick ball. I had a crush on him all through our school years. Looked forward to seeing him at our Alumni Reunions. I am sad to hear about Jim's passing. I will miss him greatly. I wish to extend my sincete condolences to his friends and family.Dorothy Penno Colt
