John J. "Jack" Tracy
John J. "Jack" Tracy of Hartsdale (Edgemont), New York passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 91. He was born in White Plains, New York on March 3, 1929. The son of Thomas and Anna Tracy. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1947-1951. Jack met and married his loving wife of 64 years, Phyllis Tracy (Colabella) on April 18, 1956. Together they raised 5 beloved children; Dorothy of Hartsdale, NY, John "Jay" (Diane) of Hartsdale, NY, George (Kathy) of St. Augustine, FL, Michael (Erin) of Ossining, NY. He is predeceased by his son Dennis Tracy.
Jack adored his 7 grandchildren, Tracy (predeceased), Tiffany, Laura (Adam), Thomas, Peter (Amina), Kelly, and William. He is also survived by his beautiful great-grandchildren, Madilyn and Kellan.
Jack is survived by his brother Robert Tracy of Dover, DE, and predeceased by 1 brother and 6 sisters.
Jack owned the Candlelight Inn Restaurant for 66 years and was the life of the party. He was an avid golfer and was a member at Scarsdale Golf Club and Martin Down's Country Club in Palm City, FL. When he went out to dinner with family and friends, he didn't go out to just eat, he went out to dine. He will forever be adored and missed by all who knew him.

woundedwarriorproject.org Visiting hours will be Thursday from 4:00-8:00pm at McMahon Funeral Home and will also be live streamed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 10:00am at Sacred Heart Chruch Hartsdale, NY. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
