Suzanne Germaine Shelofsky
Orangeburg, NY - Suzanne Germaine Shelofsky, a longtime resident of Orangeburg, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2019. She was born in New York City to Walter and Germaine Baxa on September 16, 1959. Suzanne was an administrator for several companies in the area before becoming ill. In her spare time, Suzanne loved to spend time with her dog Milo and her many cats.
She was predeceased by her parents, her son Christopher Ferrantello and her sister Diane Ambrosini.
Suzanne is survived by husband Cary; her daughter Melissa Ferrantello; and her brother Walter Baxa and his wife Patricia; and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, 10am, at St. Catharine's Church in Blauvelt with burial to follow at Brick Church Cemetery in New Hempstead. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Moritz Funeral Home fun Tappan. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society in Suzanne's name would be greatly appreciated (www.cancer.org).

I was sadden to hear of Susanne's passing I new her since we were kids and also workered with her back in the day. I recently, last year, found out that she lived around the corner from my daughter. I new her family, Diane, Walter, his wife Patty and even her mother. Susan was a good person. I often think about people i new and friends .
