Thomas Patrick Maloney
Piermont - Thomas Patrick Maloney of Piermont, N.Y. Born May 4, 1974 in Suffern, N.Y. Passed away on October 31, 2019 in N.Y.C. at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Thomas graduated Clarkstown High School South in 1992. After graduating he attended City College of San Francisco where he earned an Associates degree. After graduation Tom worked at the Maritime Hall of San Francisco and then The Resort of Squaw Creek, Lake Tahoe in the Audio Visual Department. He returned to New York in 1998 where he became a member of IATSE Local 366 in Westchester. He then went on to become a member of IATSE Local 1 in New York City where he worked on Broadway, Madison Square Garden, The MET and Radio City Music Hall.
Thomas is survived by his loving daughter Briana Grace Reid-Maloney and her Mother CarolAnn Reid of New York City, his parents Ginny and Bill Maloney of Lakewood Ranch, Fl, his sister Kelley A. Paul and her children Donnie, Nikki and Kylie and their father Don M. Paul, his brother Richard J. Maloney and his wife Amanda and their children Christopher, Richie and Meghan. Thomas is also survived by many beloved cousins and friends.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made in Memory of Thomas Patrick Maloney to the Colon Cancer Society, or Saint Paul the Apostle Church (58th Street, New York City)
Services will be held at Michael J Higgins Funeral Home, located at 321 South Main St. In New City; on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, Nov. 8th at 10:30am in the Funeral Home. Lunch to follow at La Terrazza.
