My name is Robin Swan and I will surely miss my Uncle Bill. I'm the daughter of his brother, Hank Black. I first met Uncle Bill when I was about 9 or 10. I remember how sweet and gentle natured he was and he made me laugh. I didn't see him again until my wedding in 2000. He no longer had dark brown hair, it was white, but he still had the gentle nature and made me laugh. The last time I saw him was at my brother's wedding, this time along with Fred Black, and oh boy, could those Black brothers make me laugh. Rest in peace Uncle Bill. Your laughter will be sorely missed.

Bill always had a smile on his face and he loved everyone. Being an avid card player, Bill's favorite message to his friends was "practice, practice, practice". RIP my dear friend!
