You was one of the kindest man I have ever met. As a corrections officer you taught me a lot about life, respect loyalty and obedience to God and myself I have thought of you often and prayed for you often and thank God a lot for putting you in my life you will always be missed and thought of often with lots of love and prayer Sarah Sprecker

I'm so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to his family. He was such a great guy. One of the great ones he didn't pick on you over the little stuff. He truly will be missed fly high Mr.Peacher. You will never be forgotten.

I'm saddened to hear of the loss of Ofc Peacher! Peacher will be deeply missed. He was such a kind and gentle soul. He treated everyone equally and was always so upbeat. He will be forever remembered. I send my deepest condolence to his family.
