Today my husband saw the auction sign on your house. When he told me about it, I immediately looked your name up and saw this page. I kept meaning to call you, but one child had to be here and another child there. Then there was work, or something else had to be done. Then I lost your number because I got a new phone. What sorry excuses those are. I've had a bad feeling for awhile now that something had happened to you, but yet, I still didn't make that call.

Words cannot express how much I appreciated you as a neighbor. I wish I could have brought you with me when we moved. These neighbors don't even know my name, much less give me birthday gifts ;-)

You will always have a place in my heart.

~Chrissy

I'm sure the first thing Dolores said to my Mother in heaven was "what's buzzin' cousin?" I will cherish the memories of Dolores forever. Loved going to Howard Johnsons as a child. Picnics at Aunt Blanche's. So many good times. Will miss you always.
