We are sorry to learn of the passing of Gordon, but grateful for his service to our nation with the Peace Corps in Somalia.

Our Condolences,

I was a friend of Gordon's. We lost track of each other after he went to Purdue. We both played clarinet in band and went to solo contests together. He got me interested in Bob Dylan's music. He, Norm Lewis and I would "hang out" some weekends during high school, play pool in Jeffersonville. My thoughts and prayers to his family. Elaine, I remember your family (mostly you and your Mom) warmly. You all always made me feel welcome. So sorry to hear of his passing.

We are saddened to hear of Gordon's passing. Our parents were best friends for many years and we, their children, always felt we were ALL brothers and sisters. Friday nights with the Staab family are cherished memories. Rest In Peace, Gordon. The Roland family.
