I'm at a loss for words. Uncle Jay was my favorite uncle, and I had many. He was my role model for a person with intelligence, humor and humanity. My first memories, around two to three years old or so, are of living with my parents and Uncle Jay and Aunt Snookie. I can still see that old kitchen (from somewhere at floor level because I crawled a lot). I haven't seen Uncle Jay for several years, but he's always been in my heart and always will be. I'm glad he's with Aunt Snookie, Joey and my Grandma , his Mother, Mary Agnes. He gave me my name. Beo Beo Bohunk.

Grandpa, words can't express the impact you made on my life. I was so lucky we found one another. You were my Grandpa, mentor, and my role model growing up from childhood into adulthood. I will never forget our countless trips to Florida, the yard sales, traveling, train rides, visits to Aunt B, and trips we did each year to the KY state fair. You called me every birthday, and took me in as your own during my first few years of life. We were two peas in a pod. You were my Yogi, and I was your boo boo bear. You were the man who taught me how to fish, ride my first bike, and always looked out for me. My fondest memories in childhood are all with you. We were so lucky to have had one another, and it will be an everlasting bond I will treasure. Thank you for teaching me love, compassion, the importance of family and opening my eyes to all the amazing wonders of this world. It is also because of you that I appreciate the fine art of coin collecting. I love you so much. -Boo Boo

You were such a wonderful dad and friend. Your spirit was that of humor, optimism, love, and great sense of family. I will miss you so much Daddy but I know you are with the people you have been missing for a long time. Until I see you again, keep smiling and know how much you were loved.
