Your second home, Ft. Lauderdale and your many friends who adopted you and Judy as family will miss you like no other. I will forever be blessed to have you as part of my life, and I know the day will come when we will be reunited.

Third Lutheran Church was doubly blessed by Rev. Joe & Judy Kiser. During his pastorate from 1974-82 TLC helped found United Crescent Hill Ministries and housed them for almost 30 years. We also hosted the national assembly for the Lutheran Church in America in 1982. With their return to Louisville they became mentors to me and active members of TLC until their deaths. We mourn their loss, but rejoice with thanksgiving to God for their love, their leadership and their incredible generosity. May light perpetual shine upon them, O Lord. Well done, good and faithful servants, well done.
