I just learned of Joyce's passing. She and Ed were so dear to me as friends and helpers at Anchorage Presbyterian Church as I worked there for 15 years as the office administrator. My deepest condolences.

The entire Hopkins family wishes to express our sympathy to the family during this time of loss. Loetta Hopkins was a long-time friend of Joyce. Although Loetta moved into a senior retirement home in Indiana in 2013, she well remembers Joyce from their time at Anchorage Presbyterian Church. I remember babysitting three precious, blonde headed boys on days when our moms did volunteer work in the community. We think of Joyce with love and admiration for her tremendous accomplishments over the years. Blessings to each of you.

Joyce was one of the 1st friends I made after I moved to Anchorage from Atlanta in 1954. Even though I've moved from Anchorage we maintained our friendship over all these years. My condolences to her family and her friends.
