I am just learning of his passing and am very sad for his family's loss. He was a good man and every interaction was positive, caring and concerned. He always asked if there was anything he could do for us. He loved his family and that was evident in his conversations. A huge loss to all who knew him.

I had worked with Pat at LPD in the 80;s he was a super nice person, who I can say he did not have a negative thing to say about anyone. Pat was so kind, and I was new to the Department and he made me feel welcome with kind things to say and help me in a difficult time when I had a sick child. I will never forget him.
