Eline, Frances,
90, of Louisville, KY transitioned peacefully on Monday, May 8, 2017 at Nazareth Home-Clifton.
She was born on June 3, 1926 in Kewanee, IL and moved to Louisville as a teenager. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Fred J. Eline, Jr.; two brothers; and numerous beloved pets. She was a loving mother to Rosemary Gottfried (Don) of Vanceburg, KY and Fred Eline (Martha) of Columbia, SC. She was blessed with one granddaughter, Dawn Bates (Mike) and two great grandsons, Drew Burden and Cassidy Burden all of Austin, TX, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was a faithful member of Watkins UMC in Louisville for 20 years.
Visitation will be from 11 AM to 1 PM on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane New Albany, IN 47150) with service at 1 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Louisville (315 East Broadway, Louisville, KY 40202) or Nazareth Home-Clifton (2120 Payne Street, Louisville, KY 40206). To leave a special message for the family, please visit www.NewcomerKentuckiana.com.
