I learned of Larry's death yesterday from Donald Stier, a good friend of Larry and me.
My three years attending Male High with Larry and Don were more than great. The three of us were very close and stayed close for a number of years after graduation. I lost touch because I moved to Dayton and then Columbus in Ohio and in 1976 I moved to Ogden Utah. I did see Larry and Don at our 50th reunion at Male High. In the 50s my wife Jane and I often socialized with Judy, Larry, Don and his wife. All I can really say is that we are both sad at the news and we hope Judy and family are moving forward even as the grief remains.

Memories of Larry will be dear to our hearts.

I can't believe it was not until yesterday, July 28, that I learned of the death of my very good friend for over 60 years, Larry. I, along with good friend Tom Stewart, would double or triple date with Larry back in Male High days. I remember marching in the Male band with Larry on clarinet in the Rex Mardi Gras Parade in New Orleans back in 1952 and the same band who represented Kentucky in President Eisenhower's inauguration parade in Washington, DC January 20, 1953; Larry and I played in the same dance band combo for several years in the 50s, as well as on stage at Male for some of the pep rallies for big games; the marching in other parades and halftime ceremonies at football games. Not many seem to know much about Larry playing the clarinet. In addition, Larry was one of the three Ushers in my marriage ceremony with Yvonne back in August, 1958 at St. Theresa Church. My sincerest sympathy to Judy and the rest of Larry's family as well. He was a good friend and his wry sense of humor was always present. I wish I would have known about this at the time of his death so that I could have arranged to see my good buddy one more time.

To the Bizianes Family,
We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Larry was a great guy and very helpful in our area of pastoral music ministry. Our children also started their music lesson career with David Bizianes. Thank you so much for your love of music and keeping the passion alive for many others. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
