Thank you so much Billy Mouser for all the wonderful pictures. I put a bunch on his facebook page. I know he loved you very much and you have known him forever.

Jeff Baxter. Thanks for all the kind words. Thanks for being such a great friend.

Everyone else I don't know. Thank you for loving Billy and being there for him. He never met a stranger and I'm finding so many people who cared about him. It's really overwhelming. Thank you so much for your outpouring of support and love for him. Friend him on facebook if you want and I will accept. It is William Warner.

Thank you everyone.

I've known Billy Ray since he was eleven years old when he was living with his parents down on Oak Street between 4th and 5th in 1968. When I first laid eyes on him he was wearing high water black chinos, white "Beatle" boots, and sporting a bowl style hair cut. Even back then he was full of piss and vinegar but still gregarious and friendly. He always told people that when he and I first met that I hit him in the head with a hard Snowball and stole his girlfriend Sady Woods! Lol I will admit to the snowball, but take the fifth on the girlfriend. We shared nearly fifty years of friendship and I will always be grateful that I got to talk to him one last time this Father's Day just hours before he slipped this mortal coil and left me to mourn his passing. My spirit will be greatly diminished now that he is gone.
