Hello,
I just saw this on the internet...I am so sorry to read this bad news...Keith was my seat mate in the Michigan House during the 80's...he was a good friend and a caring person...we both shared an interest in aviation and I regret we didn't share some flying together...I recall a winter day when my wife and I were driving to the Muskegon area to help our youngest daughter, who had gotten a teaching job, move from Troy...we ran into the muxlows in a fast food restaurant near Lansing...we had a nice visit...my thoughts and prayers to Keith's family...again, I am very sorry that time takes away the good people...!!

I remember the good time we had when cousin Keith visited us in London, England. It was one of those red letter days for me. Our loss is heaven's gain.

Keith was a good friend and great leader. His good deeds will allow Brown City to prosper for many years. I had the pleasure of working with Keith and I will always remember his humor and his wisdom. RIP my dear friend.
