Cathy, I'm so sorry to hear that Oskar had died. I remember him being around while we were still in Miss Robb's English classes: didn't he help out Ted Weber at the drug store some? And he was gracious with his time when I ran into him at the law school in '64. I've never heard anything but superlatives about him. Best wishes to you and your family.

I have many special memories of dear kind Oskar and his lovingly devoted family. I have considered myself like family through the years, as being part of many holiday gatherings, around the table talks, stories shared with laughter. There were magical moments around the enlightened tree, where we could lose ourselves in enchantment. Oskar loved being around those he cared for, and truly loved. He was gracious, a believer in his ancient Germanic traditions, the mountains, the snow, the great green meadows of his homeland. Oskar was AUTHENTIC, an altruistic and powerful attribute. Oskar will be a good ANGEL, helping those in need from another dimension. He will watch over his family and whisper encouragement when needed. I will miss him, as so many. And I will smile and be thankful, for knowing this kind and loving gentleman. May all the blessings of goodness and light be with you, special Oskar.

Erich,

I'm sorry to hear about your dad's passing. I enjoyed getting to know him a bit through Rotary. Prayers for you and your family.

Dear Cathy and family. So very sorry to hear of Oskars passing. You, Oskar, Bruce and I have shared many memories together, starting with standing up for each other at our weddings, God parents to each others children and many more wonderful times with our families . Peace and love be with you. Bobi and Bruce McConnell.
