Richard Peter Dembowski
Williamston, MI
Age 76, passed away on October 6, 2017. He was born in Lansing on April 4, 1941 the son of Henry and Louise (Pasche) Dembowski. He was a 1959 graduate of St. Mary's High School, and was a Veteran having served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of St. Martha Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, and the VFW. He retired as Manager of Graybar Electric. Surviving are his son, Garth (Jennifer Meek) Dembowski; grandson, Greyson Dembowski; sister, Connie (Ray) Fedewa; nieces and nephews, Katrina (Dr. Jeff) Kahlo, Denise (Jerry) Johnson, Edward (Nicole) Mallek, Damon (Wendy) Mallek. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann in 2016, and his parents. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 12, 2017 at St. Martha Catholic Church, 1100 W. Grand River, Okemos, MI, with Fr. Michael Murray as Celebrant. The family will receive friends at the Church 1 hour prior to the Mass. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or the National Parkinson Foundation.
