Donald Lauron Abbott
Lansing, Michigan
Passed away October 17, 2017 at the age of 84. Donald was born in Maple Rapids, November 23, 1932, the son of Gerald and Bertha (Roberts) Abbott.
Donald is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marjorie; children, Kenneth (Shirley), Gary (Ruth) and Cathleen Abbott; grandchildren, Christopher and Stephen Abbott; sister, Lucille Paine; brother, Richard Abbott. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leslie and Rodney Abbott; sisters, Pauline Lowe and Doris Abbott.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, October 23, 2017, at Grand Ledge First United Methodist Church, 411 Harrison St., Grand Ledge, MI 48837. Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors or to Grand Ledge First United Methodist Church in memory of Donald.
