I helped take care of Bill for the last few months of his life. In the field I'm in, you're suppose to remain as professional as possible. But theirs some moments where you come across residents who touch your heart more than you could ever imagine. Bill was one of those residents for me. I got glimpses of his personality and every time I seen one of his daughters I could tell he was an amazing man because he raised some amazing kids. This death was a hard one for me, simply because I looked forward going to work every single day not only to see him but to see his family also. When I got the call that he passed away, my heart felt heavy. But, I will forever be thankful for the period of time I got to help care for him and make him comfortable. Rest easy, "my buddy" as you'd always say.

And to the braun family, my heart is with you all.

To the Braun Family:

So sorry to hear that your Dad has passed away.

Grandma Tillie just loved him and I thought that he was so funny as a kid when I came over to your house (just like Billy). I remember one time walking along side of Highway "21" into to town and he was on the other side of the street yelling "zippity duda!" Good memories.

You are in my prayers.
