What a great loss! I am so sad, Connie was awesome and took me under wing teaching me the fine art of being a surveillance operator. Everyday Connie would always bring a box of donuts up to the Surveillance Room for her employees and treated those under her with respect, dignity and compassion. Even when not on the job Connie always had time to help me with issues in my personal life. I will miss her everyday and celebrate her life by living mine like I know she would want me to. Connie you will be with me in my heart wherever I go. Love always Guy

I first met Connie in 1970 when she was a change girl at the El Cortez she was hard working a no nonsense lady. Later in the 70's we worked together at the Union Plaza where she was a Floor Supervisor and again a totally competent and friendly person. We again worked together at the El Cortez starting in 2001 when she was a Surveillance operator and then became the Director of Surveillance. It was always a pleasure talking to her and just knowing her. Connie was one of the treasures of the Gaming Industry. God Bless her and may she rest in peace.

You will always be in my heart. We are sisters forever, the best part of best friend. All of my children look at you as the aunt that was always there for them. You will be missed.
Love you sister
