I've written on the history of the Jewish community in Las Vegas, and his efforts did a lot to preserve and tell that history. My thanks for his life and work, and my sympathies to his family and friends.

Knew Jerry for many years when he was executive director of the Jewish Federation. He was a great leader in Jewish charities. Rest in peace after a long and illustrious life.
