My father in law introduced me to Roger in 1997, and honestly it was instant friendship. Roger helped me put together some of our best fights. When Roger had to work a corner, and if he brought his daughter Jade with him that night I would watch her until he was done. I worked with Roger for 8 years but it went further than a working relationship, we became family. Roger was a friend, and my wife and daughters would sit and listen to him as he told his stories, we laughed at the funny parts and cried at the sad ones. My girls are all grown and some have family of their own but they all remember and tell stories about Roger. They loved him as much as my wife and I did. I will miss my friend, as I know a lot of others will too. Roger isn't sick anymore, he doesn't hurt anymore, he's not confused anymore, he's in the best place one could be. We love you my brother, friend, family.

RIP Roger. My husband and son Shane Sr and Shane Jr joined the Mayweather gym when we lived in Vegas for a year. They met Roger as he was sitting looking at the boxing ring. He was gracious and kind as he told Shane jr to stay with it and he can be a successful as he wants to be and he wishes Shane Jr the best. We have shared many moments watching 24/7 and all access with our family and watching the Mayweather family train and those have been some of the greatest moments and memories for us. RIP Roger our friend. From the Marks Family ❤

Thank you for your encouragement. You always took the time to help me. You would always work with me and help me improve. Even as a world champ you would always have time for the kids in the gym. That little move you always pulled when you made me do 100 consecutive punches. Then you would move the mitt on 99 to fast for me to hit it and I would have to start all over. I will never forget that or you. I will miss you champ. God rest your soul.
