Bronnie made such a difference while on this earth and I know he is deeply missed by all of us who loved him. To say he was brilliant is an understatement. His warmth, caring, and compassion was also unsurpassed. I was thrilled to get time with Bronnie at our 40th PHS Reunion. It was always hard to get him to talk about himself, but he was such an engaging and interesting man and I could listen to him forever. My heartfelt sympathies to his family and all of us who called his a dear friend. I will miss your keen wit and humor most of all until we see you again. Blessings to all!

I didn't know Bronnie very well, but Jimmy and Marian were great friends to my parents. I know that Bronnie was a joy to his family and all who knew him. May God give you comfort and peace during this difficult time. Pam Turner Jenkins

Just found this out and my heart sinks. I owe so many things to Bronnie. When I struggled in school he taught me how to overcome many of my obstacles. His family over the next 5 or 6 years of our friendship treated me as one of their own. I will never forget the times I spent with Bronnie and his family. He IS a Great friend and I know he is in a better place today. I will never forget Bronnie, Truly a great person.

Mr. & Mrs. Stubbs,

Bronnie was the most brilliant person I've ever known. More importantly he was an immensely caring and considerate person, and I am extremely honored to have been one of his friends. Bronnie and his family moved to Perry in the summer of 1964, and I met Bronnie and Steve in the lunchroom of the old junior high when Bronnie and Steve were laughing and conversing with our classmates like they had lived in Perry all their lives. It didn't take long for all of us to realize we were truly lucky to have the "Stubbs Brothers" in our class and in our group of friends. Bronnie was the president of the Beta Club in what was an exceptional high school for overall academic achievement, and Bronnie continued hia academic success in college. What really separated Bronnie from the rest of us was his fight against practically insurmountable obstacles of total kidney failure. He ALWAYS had a quick smile while asking others how they and their families were doing. Bronnie never complained about his pain or his bad luck with his kidneys. Everyone who knew Bronnie is hurting now and hoping every member of his family will find comfort knowing Bronnie fought the good fight and is no longer in pain. All of us thank God for letting Bronnie be part of our lives. Our hearts and prayers are for Bronnie's family.

Graduated with Bronnie in 1969. Never met a more intelligent man. Brilliant mind, wonderful disposition and tough as nails. Have seen him at several reunions and visited him one time many years ago at his house. Be happy in knowing that he is without pain and at perfect peace and that we will all see him again one day. Please let me know if you need anything.
