I remember Hope so fondly! My grandparents were Mary & Joe Tardif and with the Weston's they were all part of a lovely group that socialized together. When my grandmother died in 2001 my mother gave me some of her Christmas decorations including a beautiful crèche that Hope made - it's on my mantle every year during the holidays. She had a wonderfully interesting life.

As a former president of the Garden Club Federation of Maine it was a delight to have known Hope and I had the honor to recognize her when she turned 100. Kennebec Valley Garden Club was lucky to have had her as a member.

We, the family and friends were very fortunate to have had Mother for all the years we did. She was the matriarch of our family. A great lover of butterflies Mom touched many as a butterfly does spreading joy and beauty wherever it flies! When you see a butterfly we hope you will think of her .

My love, thoughts and prayers go to Hope's beautiful family. My beloved husband, Steve and I use to go the Weston's home as teens. Hope was always kind, loving and a wonderful person to be around. She never lost her great sense of humor and wit. She will truly be missed by all. Love you!

John and I are so very sorry for your loss
Mumsey was an amazing women, soul and spirit. She was someone who lived life to live life .
I loved her stories, recipe sharing and her beautiful smile and laughter.
We will surly miss her in Tracey and Andy's family gatherings .
We wish her family peace and comfort during their time of loss
