Donna, John, and Mrs. Achramowicz,
Please know that my thoughts are with you all at this difficult time. I've never met Mr. Achramowicz but I've known Donna and John for most of my life and I know that they'll miss their father a great deal. From what I've read about him he seemed to be a very caring man and quite the fisherman! Both my dad and brother were too and they passed away a few years ago. Who knows? Maybe the three of them are having a great time fishing together in the best place ever!
with my sympathies, Anne Marie (Bolduc)

John was a wonderful brother and friend. If there was anyone less fortunate than him he always reached out to help in any way that he could. He loved his family above everything. He was very proud of the accomplishments his children Donna and Johnnie had made in their personal lives and often told me about how important his wife Joyce and children were to him. His grandson CJ probably was the light of his life..loved him so very much. Yes fishing and hunting were the things he enjoyed so much and that is why he asked that in his memory you take someone fishing..he wanted all of you to enjoy a day with someone you love enjoying time together doing something that he felt would bring you the joy and peace it did him. John I if you are looking down on us know that I do love you and will miss you so much. So fortunate to have had you as my big brother!

In keeping with the fishing theme I will share one of many memories of my Uncle John. Whenever he took us nieces and nephews fishing he would turn it into a contest. He would tell us he would take the kid who caught the biggest fish for a banana split ice cream sundae. Not sure we were big on the prize but we all I'm sure wanted to win! He always brought us all out anyway for the ice cream of our choice. I know I caught the biggest once and that's not a fish tale. R.I.P.
