Dear Jane and Nelson, I was so sorry to hear of Carol's passing. We had no idea! Aunt Carol and Aunt Helen sent her notes and cards and they were returned, so we were very concerned. We all have our own very fond memories of Carol Jane! So here we are just finding out about this, 5 months later. You are in our prayers for sure! God Bless You. We remember camping trips. We remember her visits to the Burgess Farms. We remember her living in Ada Ohio and taking classes at Ohio Northern. I remember her visits to Plain Congregational Church in Bowling Green, OHIO. She sang at my son's wedding. She and I sang duets together. My mother and I used to visit her and play canasta together. She always enjoyed seeing my grandchildren. My youngest grandaughter at the time loved visiting her in Arlington. Now that grandaughter has a new baby sister that was born in November. I was hoping to bring that lil darling down to visit with Carol on my next trip to Zanesville. I'm sorry that will not happen. Nelson, I wish I could have heard what you said at Carol Jane's service. You wouldn't have a copy of that would you? Well, we will try to get in touch with you when the weather is warmer. Love to you all, Sharon Stoots, Carol Junod, Helen Coleman and families
