Kathleen Gagne Obituary

Kathleen M. (Moore) Gagne, 77, died Friday in Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late John and Abigail Moore. She leaves her husband of 54 years Ronald E. Gagne, two sons Eric J. and Craig A. Gagne, both of Granby, a brother Jack Moore and his wife Carol of Millbury. The funeral will be Friday October 11th at 10 am from the Curran-O’Brien Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St., South Hadley followed by Mass in St. Patrick’s Church at 11 am. Burial in St. Rose Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Dakin Humane Society, 171 Union St., Springfield, MA 01105. Kathy Gagne was a good friend from high school days. She taught me how to golf, was there when I divorced, spent many Tuesday nights shopping when we were working, was at my second wedding and at my husband's 80th birthday party. I am very sad tonight. LIB
