Janice (Shepherd) McDonnell, 74, passed away Monday, July 8, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Janice found great joy in learning her family’s genealogy with her special cousin, Bobby Shepherd. She also enjoyed gardening, baking, and crossword puzzles. She was an industrious woman who could fix anything and conquer any do-it-yourself project. If you needed a tool, she had it. Janice found the most pleasure in spending time and creating memories with her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She was a fun-spirited woman who greatly enjoyed a nightcap of her famous homemade “Hooch”. Janice leaves behind her three loving sons, Patrick McDonnell (Lynne), Steven McDonnell (Renee) and Peter McDonnell (Terri) . She leaves her grandchildren Bailey and Erin McDonnell, Hunter McDonnell and Caitlyn Daviau, Brandon and Cody Chisholm and Morgan Pokrzywa. Services for Janice will be private and at the convenience of the family. For more details please visit curranjones.com.
