I had the pleasure of working with Dave years ago. He was one of the nicest people to work with. We would talk about our love for dogs... which he was “crazy” about his. I was happy to give him some home-baked biscuits for his little love.
He loved his family dearly and would always talk about them, but when his first grandchild came along, he was over the moon in love!!!
My deepest condolences to his family. May God bless you and Dave.

I have spent more time with Dave over the last 12 years than I have anyone else, through work, countless zoning and township meetings, lunches, dinners and business trips. He was simply the most kind and gentle person that I have ever met. He helped me when I recouped from surgery by picking me up from work and dropping me off when my leg was in a full cast and I couldn't drive. He gave me wonderful fatherly advice when dealing with my own sons. He beamed when he talked about his children and grandchildren. His laugh was infectious. He was a true friend and mentor. My deepest sympathies to the the Harte family.

I’m very sorry to hear the news of David’s passing. My warm thoughts of light and healing during this sad and challenging time for his family. I went to school w his children and was in the marching band w them. I always remember seeing him at games and wherever we were performing along w his wife Kim. It’s clear that he loved his family very much and I’m sure his memory will live on in their hearts and mind where he will be easily remembered.
