I wish there were more years added to the time I have known you. For the time I had, I am grateful.

Although it has been 3 years since I saw you my friend, (I moved to Florida) you will always be in my thoughts. You were the kindest, best "boss" I ever had. Working at Georges Lite Lunch was fun. I have known you most of my life since my grandparents lived on 2nd ave. I graduated with your son, John. My condolences to Kalli & family. I'm sure you will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know you. RIP my old friend.

Maria and I offer our sincere condolences to the family of Mr. George Katsaros, (Mr.George as I would call him).
I have known Mr.George for more than 45 years now. I admired him as a cantor, respected him as a family man, and enjoyed him as a friend. His interest for a great number of things, from collections of coins to collections of jokes and fruit tags. His love for people and knowledge and personal interaction. His dexterity and golden skills from collages of glass beats to gardening, to house repairs. May God bless his soul.
We all know that nobody lives forever, and we all know that Mr. George lived a long good life. Yet, it hurts writing these lines. I can imagine how his family feels about it.
Our most sincere condolences to all and, of course, especially to his daughter Popi. She took excellent care of both her mother and father.
