I am sorry we have just heard this very sad news. The family of Jim and Margaret Gibb all send our condolences. Our dad, Jim, had a very special relationship with your dad and held him in the highest regard. Our mom loved both Rose and Paul dearly and, even after Paul left Canada, maintained regular contact. Our mom enjoyed many a long conversation with him, and dad, while hard of hearing and not the best on the phone, always looked forward to connecting. They described a warm, open, caring man. As the "baby" of the family I often was invited along, and knew him as very kind and welcoming. He loved to speak of his family, and his wonderful grandchildren, and my parents would share those stories with us. Cleaning my mom's jewellery chest when she passed we found pictures of "Gidget" and Jake's children. She held the ties very dear. Our very sincere condolences; I have no doubt this is a huge loss to your family.

From all of us in the Staples family, Paul was one of the most kind and personable customers we've ever met. He will be missed a lot and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

To the Ritter Family,
I first met Paul 35+ years ago and had the privilege of working with him throughout my entire career at Mack Trucks. We had many enjoyable trips together throughout the country over the years. Paul was always a real gentleman and a very important asset to Mack Trucks. He will be missed by so many.
RIP my friend and may God bless you and your family always and especially during this very difficult time.
