97 years of age and longtime resident of Whitehall, entered his final resting place in Heaven on January 6, 2021. Sam was the husband of Naida Charles Abraham, with whom he shared 68 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph and Minnie (Shahda) Abraham. Sam attended Allentown High School, and was a proud veteran of the Greatest Generation, who served in the US Army during WWII. An active, dedicated, life-long member of St. George Orthodox Church, he served on many Boards. Sam's greatest pleasure was his family and he always put his family first. Being employed by Lehigh Structural Steel enabled him to put his two children through college. After he retired, he became an avid golfer and his children always enjoyed a round of golf with their Dad. He was a proud member of the Hole In One Club. Sam was treasured by his children, Joe and his wife Heidi, and Tina and her husband Mark Dalessandro. Sam was the very best "Giddu" to his pride and joy, his Grandson Sam. Services and interment will be private.
