On behalf of our Board of Directors, Staff and Membership, I offer our condolences to the family of shipmate William Koczen. We salute and thank this man for his navy service to his country, especially his service in WWII on the USS BLUEFISH(SS 222). Rest your oars good and faithful servant, we now have the watch sailor. You now at long last have the eternal fair winds and following seas you so rightly earned during your time here on earth. God Bless you for your service, and may his love and grace comfort your family left behind.
We will place a copy of his obituary in our file of deceased submariners at the Museum, and in the files of the USS BLUEFISH.
