I have met many good and great people in my life. I can honestly say I never met a better man than Carlos Ochoa. His legacy will outlive us all. My best to his wonderful children and I want to believe he is now with Fran forever. God bless you my friend. No one lived a more caring and decent life.

Carlos and Fran were the first friends we had at St. Joseph's School. I think there was a Steffani in every class that had an Ochoa. Those were wonderful years and I have many memories of time spent with Carlos and his family.
My sadness at hearing of his passing is tempered by the fact that he will be joining my husband, John and they will be remembering "the good old days".

Condolences to all the family as he was a wonderful man and will be missed by everyone.

I remember Carlos mostly as a great defensive back in varsity football. He also played other sports at Mountain View Union High School, and held two offices his senior year -- one as President of his class. ... Later on, we both worked at Lockheed in Sunnyvale where we met a few times, as we had similar jobs in different divisions. ... In retirement, when I organized our 50th reunion in 2003, I leaned on him for advice, and our reunion was similar to the one he organized the year earlier for his class (1952) at the Sunnyvale Golf Course (Lookout Inn). May he rest in piece.
