I will always remember Jenny's quiet strength, gentle love and caring manner. She graciously welcomed me into the family and I feel fortunate to have been able to know her. I can still imagine the sparkle in her eyes when telling a good story, prefaced by "I had to laugh." I'm sure she will have a lot to tell St. Peter and will have all in heaven chuckling. Holly Iburg

Jenny was the best Mother-in-law I could have ever wished for. Loving, honest and beautiful. I will miss her but knowing she is at peace now gives me comfort. We had many great conversations about family and friends over the years. I will always remember her for her stuffed cabbage rolls at Christmas.

To the children of Mr. and Mrs. Iburg: Your mother was a good friend to me when I was in high school. I spent quite a few hours talking with her in her kitchen, and sometimes I was lucky enough to sample some of her freshly made Polish pastries, hot out of the oven! Yes, she was a good cook, and I remember that our family borrowed her recipe for lasagna. She was always kind to me, seemed interested in what I had to say, and graciously tolerated my adolescent musings and questions. I remember her with great affection, an am saddened by her passing. Rest in peace, my friend. Amen.

I am saddened by the loss of my mother, but also happy that she has found peace. Going through memories and memorabilia I came across a card I made for her when I was in grade school that said:

If God had given me to choose my mother at birth, I would have chosen you of all the mothers on earth. Dear mother I will offer my Holy Communion for you today

So many years later, it still holds true.
Love you mom forever. Peace.
