Bill and I have been like brothers for over 60 years. We grew up in the South Bronx, he was part of my family and I part of his. We where best man in each other's weddings,he is god father to our daughter and uncle to our children. In all my memories I have of Bill is we are laughing. Bill was a loving, carring, fun guy. Always in the Horgan house their would be Irish singing and dancing. You could always find Billy in a room just listen for the laughing.Billy was a lucky man and meet Eileen the girl he fell in love with and the woman he was married to for over 50 years,we where blessed to have Bill and Eileen As our best friends and part of our family. I will miss you Billy you where on the west coast and me on the east coast, but we where always together . I will always think of you with a tear and a laugh,Love ya buddy❤
