I had the distinct pleasure of working alongside of Buck for my 5 years as Public Works Director for the City.
Buck was a truly excellent person , who really cared for not only his work, but for the citizens that he served.
He always found a way to make people happy, and was very successful at doing so.
His passing will leave a large pair of shoes to fill......and a large heart to replace.
I will miss Buck very much...as he rests calmly in the arms of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Sorry to learn of the passing of Clement. Of course, "sorry" can seem so cliche when offeing condolences. Thus, know that my words are inadequate in sharing heartfelt expressions for the loss that you have experienced..
However, i pray that you will find nuggets of inspiration in memories made with your Dad, granddad and brother, etc.
May you be comforted by God's loving embrace, soothed by His peace and sustained by His mercy.
