Mrs. Layne: I am deeply saddened to hear this news, as it was published in our Coffee Break memo here at Averett University this morning! I worked very closely with Chuck during the development of our MEd program - he was so kind and it was a pleasure to work with him. We haven't spoken in a while, other than on Facebook, but wanted you to know how much I thought of him. Prayers to you and your entire family!
