Drove the bus that took me to my first day of kindergarten and for many years after that. Always trusted him to get us safely to and from school and just a great man as well. Sorry to hear but a long life lived well indeed.

Had a chance to interview Mr. Green for one of my local history books. He was a quiet and humble man but no doubt a Victor icon, very pleasant man who did a lot wonderful things for the community of Victor. I remember him from many firemen's parades and as a Victor Central bus driver. I know his heart was broken when his grandchild died and I can only hope spiritually they have been reunited in heaven, Godspeed Mr. Green, your work on earth is complete.
