Elizabeth A. (Brown) Steinmetz CANANDAIGUA - Elizabeth A. (Brown) Steinmetz, age 77, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 9, 2019, at Penn Yan Manor Nursing Home, with her family by her side. She is survived by five children, Virginia (Timothy) Rogers, John P. Steinmetz Jr. (Carla Ruger), Brenda (Michael) Harris, Pamala Steinmetz (Michael Hulster) and Geoffrey Steinmetz (Vicki Pierce); 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; five siblings, Ed (Pat) Brown, Anna Skinner, Thelma Smith, Irene Mason and Harold (Amy) Brown; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, John P. Steinmetz Sr., in 2015; and three brothers, Elmer, George and Charlie Brown. Friends may call tomorrow (Wednesday) from 1 to 3 p.m. at Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home Inc., 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Her memorial service will immediately follow visitation at the funeral home. Interment will be in Rushville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620. I am so very sorry to hear of your moms passing. I loved your mom and dad so much. We used to always joke about how we were always at Walmart the same days and time's. So many fond memories of them growing up. Beautiful lady...I will miss her.
