Gary was Very Best Friends with my Brother Paul Herman McAllister. All through childhood to the untimely death of Paul November 6th 1982. They hunted and fished together anytime they could find the time! I have fond memories of them driving to Northern Michigan and staying with me in my Little gingerbread House in Brutas Michigan. God speed you to Heaven my Good Cousin!

Linda, May God bless Gary, you, and your entire family during this most difficult time. I have many fond memories of the big guy who was always good natured with a great sense of humor which contributed to his nickname "Moose". Gary had many friends in his lifetime and I am proud he chose me to be one of them. May he rest in peace.

I have a lifetime of memories with Moose. But I think my most treasured is the way he took care of my brother John during the last years of John's life. John had dementia and needed someone with him at all times so Sue could work and Moose without question went and got John EVERY day of the week and some weekends to take care of him during the day. And near the end (for John) Moose even helped John take showers. That's a real man and a true friend (brother) that would do that for another man. I love you Moose with all my heart and you have been my brother for as long as I can remember. I will miss you but I know you are with John again now basking in the Love of God's Heaven. RIP my dear brother! Forgive me Linda, but they didn't have brother in heart for a choice so I'm putting family. Love ya sis!
